Ingredients

15 - 20 minutes
  • 3aloo chopped
  • 3onion cut in lengthwise
  • 4 tbspbesan
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1 tspchopped adrak
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • pinchhing
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • as neededoil for frying

Steps

15 - 20 minutes
  1. 1

    In big bowl add aloo

    Add onion and besan

    Add all masalas and salt and mix with little water

    Pour a handfull of batter in oil and deep fry all
