Soya Keema Roll
A tasty, healthy lunch box recipe specially for kids...
Steps

Heat oil & add cumin seeds.

Add 4 spn onion ginger garlic tomato paste.Saute it for a while.

Add 1 chopped potato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder.

Add boiled soya keema & peas.Mix it well & add some hot water.Cover it, cook it well.

When it became almost dry add coriander leaves & switch off the gas.

Make patatha from the dough of wheat, ajwain, salt & oil.

Put some soya mixture & chopped onion in the centre of the the paratha.

Cover the paratha like roll.

Heat butter & fry it.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
