4 scoopsporridge flour

Boil 2⅔ cups of water. Mix the flour with cold water

Add the paste to the boiled water and stir until there are no lumps.

Leave to boil for 3 minutes then add sugar according to your preference.

After a few minutes turn off heat and serve.
