Ingredients

  • 100 gramarabi ke pan
  • 200 grambesan
  • 2 table spoonOil
  • 1 table spoonlemon juice
  • 2 tea spoonlal mirchi powder
  • 2 tea spoondhaniya and jeera powder
  • Half tsp haldi powder
  • Half tsp garam masala
  • to tasteSalt add
  • 1 tea spoonSugar
  • 1 tea spoonginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tea spoonrai
  • 2 pinchhing
  • 1 tea spoontill

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek bowl me sabhi ingredients mix karein 1 teaspoon oil daliye ab medium batter taiyar karein.

  2. 2

    Arabi ke patte ko achhe se dho dijiye phir us ki nase nikal dijiye our belan se dhire se bel lijiye.

  3. 3

    Is patte pe better laga ke roll banake bhap me pakaye.

  4. 4

    10 minutes ke baad chaku se Chek karein ab thanda hone dijiye.

  5. 5

    Jab tboda thanda ho jaye to kat lijiye.

  6. 6

    Ab ek kadhai me 2 table spoon oil daliye our garam hone rakhe.

  7. 7

    Garam hojaye tab rai daliye rai futt jaye to hing our kati huyi hari mirchi dale. till dale

  8. 8

    Ab sab achhe se mix karein our thoda bhun lijiye

  9. 9

    Ab kat ke rakha huva patra dale sab mix karein

  10. 10

    Thodi der pak ne dijiye.

  11. 11

    Ab dish me nikal ke serve karein
