1 dashsalt
1/4 cupstock
4 tbsp1tsp constrach dililuted in 4tbsp of water

cut in slice cucumbers and chili

with oil lightly brown garlic then add chili then add cucumber and sautee for half a minute

add stock and season with salt bring to a boil then add cornstarch

saute for another half minute then off heat and serve
