Ingredients

  1. Muffin
  2. 100 gramsS.R. Flour
  3. 100 gramsCaster Sugar
  4. 100 gramsButter
  5. 1Splash Of Milk
  6. 1Half a Bag Of Fudge Pieces
  7. 2Eggs
  8. 1Overripe Mashed Banana
  9. Icing
  10. 1 tbspPhiladelphia
  11. 4 tbspButter
  12. 7 tbspIcing Sugar

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 30 mins

    Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. 2

    Mix flour , sugar , butter and eggs together

  3. 3

    Add the fudge and the banana

  4. 4

    Place into 12 cupcake cases and cook for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool

  6. 6

    Mix icing ingredients together NOTE:These measurements aren't exact, everyone likes icing differently , adjust it to your taste.

    Put the icing in a piping bag and pipe away

  8. 8

    Decorate if need be

  9. 9

    Tadaaaa

HiI live in the north east of Scotland so naturally I love going to the beach with my dogs.I also love cooking. Especially baking although sometimes it doesn't work out as planned.
