4 servings

500 grsausages (I used small ones)
1 tbspchili paste (freshly ground)
2 tspgarlic paste
2 tbsphoney
1 pinchsalt
1/2 tsptamarind powder
1 tbspoil

Steps

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the sausages and stir.

Add chili paste, garlic, honey, tamarind powder, and salt. Adjust the taste if need be.

Stir until the sausages are coated with the sauce.
