1 tbspbutter
1/4 cupolive oil
3/4 cupparmesan cheese
1salt/pepper to taste

melt butter and oil over med heat. add asparagus and cook stirring ocasionally for about 10minutes

drain excess oil. sprinkle with parmesan cheese,salt & pepper
