Poha chaap is a healthy snack as it is made of poha (flattened rice) and potatoes. ..so,its a carbohydrate rich diet.

Poha chaap is a healthy snack as it is made of poha (flattened rice) and potatoes. ..so,its a carbohydrate rich diet.
Steps

Boil potatoes peel them and mash them
- 2
Wash half of chiwda under running water for 2 minutes and keep it aside

Grind other half of chiwda and make powder
- 4
Now in mashed potatoes add poha and poha powder and all other spices. Mix them well.

Now take a small portion of the mixture in your hand flatten it and keep an icecream stick on it give the shape of chaap

Make all the chaaps this way and kerp in fridge for half an hour
- 7
Now take out chaaps and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.

Serve hot with mint sauce or tomato sauce.
