Boil gizzards & necks with knorrox till tender

Fry onion, peppers, garlic & chillies till golden brown

Add gizzards & necks to onion mixture. Simmer for 3 minutes

Add soup and lower the heat for 2 minutes

Salad method

Add dressing when u serve the food

Chop all ingredients and mix together
