Its a very light and healthy snack for juniors. It is rich in proteins and vitamin as the main ingredients are gram flour and curd. It is garnished with pomegranate so vitamin and iron nutrition is also there.

Add besan, sooji, ginger curd salt and whisk them well

Check that no lumps formed....

Grease a tin and keep aside...in the mixture add eno and immediately pour the mixture into the pan

In a kadhai boil 1-2 glass water and keep that tin in it and cover it with the lid....

Let it steam it for 20 minutes

After 20 minutes insert a knife into the dhokla and check whether it comes out clean...if it is clean, ut means your dhokla is ready

Now transfer the dhokla in some tray or plate.

Take a pan add water and sugar and give it a boil...till the sugar melts

Pour this sugar water on dhokla

For tadka:- take a small pan add mustard seeds and heeng till it crackle...

Now spread this tadka on the dhokla...

Garnish the dhokla with pomegranate and corriander leaves.
