Take curd whisk, Add honey,oil,vanilla essence mix well Add powdered sugar.Mix until no lumps. Add maida whisk….whisk…whisk.. finally add baking soda. Rest for 10 minutes.

Then take a non stick pan grease with little oil.

Pour 1 laddle of batter let the batter spread by itself

Keep the flame low when u start seeing the bubbles flip gently.

Let it Cook on the other side

Cook both sides.

Finish all the cakes with the same process. Take One piece of cake spread chocolate syrup.

Put the second piece on top.Press both the cakes to join.

Tips:The batter should not be too thin or thick u can adjust the consistency by adding milk or maida I have used Hershey’ chocolate syrup you can also use homemade Chocolate syrup

Homemade Chocolate syrup 1 dairy milk,1/2 cup hot milk,2 tsp honey. Mix well.. Your Chocolate syrup is ready.
