  • salt to test

Steps

10-15minutes
  1. 1

    Clean the fish by cleaning the intestines and scales

    Prepare oil for fry in medium heat

  3. 3

    Deep fry the fish in oil till golden brown then turn and cook the other side till golden brown

  4. 4

    Then remove the fish from frying pan and add salt and serve
