"One is not enough" Soft buns/mini breads

I don't have a loaf tin, but I managed to make buns. When cooked with love, one is not enough!
"One is not enough" Soft buns/mini breads
I don't have a loaf tin, but I managed to make buns. When cooked with love, one is not enough!
Steps
- 1
Put warm water in a big bowl. Add yeast and sugar and dissolve, and wait for it to bloom (approximately 5 mins).
- 2
Slowly add flour while mixing. Add margarine too. Continue mixing until it's a consistent dough
- 3
On a clean surface, knead the dough while adding little flour to make it not stick on the surface. Knead for 10 minutes until it's stretchy
- 4
Let it rest for one hour. It will rise to double or more
- 5
Punch it down and roll it using your hands on the surface to make long cylindrical shape. Cut using a knife and shape into round dough (use any technique to make them round)
- 6
Align them on a greased baking surface. Give them spaces. Let them rest for roughly 40 minutes. They will rise again
- 7
Brush it gently with whisked eggs. Bake them. It takes roughly 25-30minutes for them to be ready, soft and fluffy
- 8
Check and remove them. Put them on a mesh to cool.
- 9
Serve them the best way you know how 😉 or keep them till morning for breakfast like me 😀
