Cooking Instructions

Blend onion, basil and parsley together

In a pan, put olive oil, and add the onion mix. Cook it for a few minutes.

Blend tomatoes and carrots together.

Add blended tomato paste into to the pan

Let it cook for 30 minutes. The more you cook the sauce, the sweeter and less acid it will be.

You can cook even longer if you want.
- 7
Cook any kind of pasta and put de sauce on top.
