1/2 smallGinger root
1 tspSea salt
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tbspHoney
1/4 cupChopped Maccadamia nuts

squeeze oranges into bowl also zesting

chop ginger and mix in with honey, salt, pepper

add Ahi steaks and marinade for 1 hour

on heated grill, add steaks and sear to 1/4 inch then flip and cook to same

best served on bed of cooked buttered spinach and topped with macadamia nuts
