Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 13 oz instant vanilla pudding or french vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg + a little more for sprinkling as garnish
  • 2 1/4 tspvanilla

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    in a bowl add 1 cup of milk and the pudding, blend well to dissolve all pudding granules

  2. 2

    in a blender, blend 7 cups milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg for 30 seconds

  3. 3

    add the thickened pudding, blend 60 seconds more

  4. 4

    pour into a pitcher, chill well
