Boil the meat.

Heat the oil and put the onion. keep turning till it turns brown.

Add ginger, garlic, turmeric and pilau masala. Then keep turning.

Add the minced meat and stir again. let it cook for 15 minutes.

Add the soup you boiled the meat with plus add water. Bring to boil and then add rice. Then add Soy sauce and salt.

Make sure the rice mixes well. Cover and reduce heat. let it cook.

It's ready to serve. You can make kachumbari but it's optional.

NB: 1 glass of rice cooks in 2 glass of water.
