Tomato tangy rice

Take a pan heat oil add all vegetables sprinkle some salt and cover it with a lid and cook it for 2 min

Add garlic chilli paste stir well

Add tomato puree

Mix well when material is thick add red chilli powder and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala mix well

Add 1 cup of water

When the water is boiled add boiled rice

Cover it with a lid and cook the rice for 5 min on low flame

Take a plate serve the rice and garnish it with potatoes fingers and pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves

Serve with raita or curd
