  • 1glove garlic
  • 2 bunchcoriander
  • Oil
  • 1/2 spoonroyco
  • 2medium onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice chicken in to parts and boil it... This must be a broiler chicken.

  2. 2

    When chicken softens and drains water you can add oil stir.

  3. 3

    Add onions stir, put glove of garlic and allow the chicken to deep fry.

  4. 4

    Add salt and royco stir

  5. 5

    Add coriander stir and let it fry to brown.
