Soak masoor dal 4 hour

Take sprout chana and masoor..grind in mixer.grind coarsely

Mix all spices and little bit rice flour except oil...cheese and breadcrumbs

Make a dough.... take a ball of it...spread on hand...fill with mozarella...seal it

Make a liquid with Rice flour and water..dip your ball in it....then roll on bread crumbs...put in freeze for 1 hour..after 1 hour fry them on bery low flame till golden brown
