Wash rice and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan. Add (cumin seeds) jeera, when it crackle, add cloves and bay leaves, add onion and fry till pink, add rice pulao masala and fry for 2 minutes, add peas and salt to taste, three cups of water and cover the pan and cook till the water is absorbed. Serve hot with Dal makhani.
