Ingredients: 6-7 boiled and mashed aloo; 1/2 kg capsicum; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1 tsp garam masala; as par taste salt; 1 tsp aamchur powder; 1/4 tsp haldi powder; 1/2 tsp jeera; 1 tsp coriander powder; 2 tbsp coriander leaves; 2 tbsp oil

1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspgaram masala
as par tastesalt
1 tspaamchur powder
1/4 tsphaldi powder
1/2 tspjeera
1 tspcoriander powder
2 tbspcoriander leaves
2 tbspoil

Steps

Wash and hollow all the capsicum from top and deseed them.

Make dough of aloo by mixing all ingredients except oil

Fill this aloo mixture in all capsicum
4

Take a kadai heat oil and put all capsicum in it. Cook till crispy for 15 minutes

Serve hot with paratha
