Ingredients

  • 2 cupMix dal
  • mung dal, chana dal, tuver dal, white urad dal, black urad dal, mung ki mogar dal, masur dal
  • 2 tablespoonOil
  • 1/2 teaspoonRai
  • 1/2 teaspoonJeera
  • 2 pinchHing
  • 1/2 teaspoonMethi powder
  • 2-3Lal sukhi mirchi
  • 1onion
  • 2 teaspoonginger and garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoonlal mirchi powder
  • 2 teaspoondhaniya & jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoondhaniya patti

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dal ko achhe se dho dijiye phir cooker me dale. ab us me pani, salt, chopped tomatoes, methi powder dal ke 5-6 whistle pe pakaye.

    Ab ek kadhai me oil dale. Garam hojaye tab rai & jeera dale

  3. 3

    Baad me hing, lal sukhi mirchi dale. ab us me chopped onion dal ke lal hone tak bhune.

  4. 4

    Lal hojaye tab ginger and garlic paste dal ke thoda bhune gas ki aach dhimi rakhe

  5. 5

    Baad me lal mirchi powder, dhaniya and jeera powder haldi powder, garam masala dal ke mix karein.

  6. 6

    Ab boil ki huyi dal ko daliye. Salt and lemon juice swad ke hisab dale jarurt anusar pani dal ke hilaiye.

  7. 7

    Ab thoda pak ne dijiye. Baad me dhaniya patti se garnish karein.
