Mix dal ko achhe se dho dijiye phir cooker me dale. ab us me pani, salt, chopped tomatoes, methi powder dal ke 5-6 whistle pe pakaye.

Ab ek kadhai me oil dale. Garam hojaye tab rai & jeera dale

Baad me hing, lal sukhi mirchi dale. ab us me chopped onion dal ke lal hone tak bhune.

Lal hojaye tab ginger and garlic paste dal ke thoda bhune gas ki aach dhimi rakhe

Baad me lal mirchi powder, dhaniya and jeera powder haldi powder, garam masala dal ke mix karein.

Ab boil ki huyi dal ko daliye. Salt and lemon juice swad ke hisab dale jarurt anusar pani dal ke hilaiye.

Ab thoda pak ne dijiye. Baad me dhaniya patti se garnish karein.
