  • 1/2 tsp,jeera powder,
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder,
  • 1 tspsendha namak,
  • 1-2 tbspghee.

    Boiled potato tomato pieces dhaniya patta,jeera powder,red chilli powder,sendha namak,ghee.. Aalu ko pieces me kat kerle fry pan me ghee dale kate aalu dal fry karein 2 min baad sendha namak dale tomato pieces chilli powder,jeera powder dal golden brown hone tak fry karein dhaniye ke patte se garnish karein fry potato ready
