Soak over night moong dal next day grind it.

Kadhai me ghee dale and grind moong dal dalker medium flame me moong dal bhune jab tak golden brown na ho jaye.

Milk add karein or moong dal milk ko achhe se mix karein jab dono mix ho jaye tab ghee chordne lage tab 1 cup sugar add karein 5-7 min bhune or gas off kar de dry fruits se Garnish karein Moong dal Halwa ready hai
