  • 2drumstick and wings
  • 4thumbs size ginger
  • 6 clovegarlic
  • 4 tbsplight soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbspoil
  • additional add on option
  • 10dry curry leaves

  1. 1

    In pan dry fry curry leaves for 10 second then add oil and brown chicken with ginger and garlic

    Add light soy sauce and sugar stir fry and coat evenly then in mrdium heat cover lid for about 8 to 10 minute

    Stir fry every 2 minute till chicken is cooked
