Squash and Mushroom with Sour Cream
This was my fathers recipe. I posted in honor of him

melt butter in saucepan

slice squash and zucchini
- 3
saute myshrooms and onion in butter until tender
- 4
add squash, zucchini, and enough water to cover veg
- 5
simmer until all veg is tender
- 6
stir in sour cream, simmer 10 minutes more
- 7
add dash paprika if desired
- 8
serve hot as a side dish or great vegetarian meal on it's own.
