Very light and filling! perfect for people watching their weight and gluten free! yummy and guilt free!
Cooking Instructions

Mash the bananas well
- 2
whisk in 1 large egg and stir with the mashed bananas
- 3
preheat a non stick skillet
- 4
spray with pam
- 5
fill a tablespoon with the banana batter and pour on skillet . then flip until golden brown
- 6
serve with fruit, honey, peanut butter, syrup etc....
