Ingredients

  1. 8 ozwhole milk ricotta cheese
  2. 8 ozitalian blend grated cheese
  3. 1/2 clovegrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1 cupjarred marinara sauce
  6. 4 ozfresh sliced mozzarella
  7. 1fresh basil for garnish
  8. 1breadsticks for serving

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350' stir together riccotta, italian and parmesan cheeses in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper.

    evenly spread cheese mixture in a deep dish pie plate or 1 1/2- 2 quart baking dish. Spoon sauce over cheese, leaving a clean border around edge. Top with mozzarella slices.

    bake about 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Top with basil and serve with bread sticks for dipping.
