Cooking Instructions

heat oil in large pan

add cinnimon, cardamon, cloves,pepper corns cook over low heatfor a min or so

then add the diced onion fry till golden stir in tomato , dried chillies , cumin, corriander, tumeric, ginger and diced chillies
- 4
cook over medium heat season with salt and increase heat if want to use chicken then 900g should go in now
- 5
stir in 50ml water cover and leave on low heat till sauce thickens when at that stage add prawns to heat through and scatter fresh corriander to serve
