Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
3 servings
  1. 1meat from 2 duck breasts
  2. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  3. 2 tbspfresh chopped sage
  4. 1 tbspLawry's Seasoned salt
  5. 1 tspLawry's garlic pepper
  6. 1/4 lbbutter ( can use a little less if thays too much)
  7. 1onion, chopped
  8. 3stalks of celery, chopped
  9. 1/2 lbfresh mushrooms, chopped
  10. 1 tspLawry's garlic powder with parsley
  11. 1/2 tspthyme

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    debone duck breasts and cut meat onto bite size pieces

  2. 2

    drege meat in a mixture of flour,sage, seasoned salt and garlic pepper and brown in a skillet with the butter.

  3. 3

    remove the meat and reserve it, add onions, celery and mushrooms to the skillet and saute.

  4. 4

    add meat back in the skillet, plus garlic powder,and thyme.

  5. 5

    cover and simmer for one hour.

  6. 6

    serve with rice

  7. 7

I grew up in Texas, and had horses, rode in junior rodeos, even won a few. When i moved to Oregon, i was the only one of my friends that could ride and rope... Hence the nickname.
