Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 packageschili seasoning
  2. 1med onion diced
  3. 1 candiced tomato
  4. 1 candiced green chile's
  5. 2 clovegarlic diced
  6. 1 lbsteak cut in bite size pieces
  7. 1 lbsausage cut in bite size pieces
  8. 1chorizo tube
  9. 1 packagescream cheese
  10. 1shredded cheese
  11. 1 canchili beans

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Place into crock pot or large pot

  2. 2

    Turn on heat to low Stir well

  3. 3

    Add following

  4. 4

    Simmer for 4 to6 hours

  5. 5

    Add 30 minutes before serving (softened prior)

  6. 6

    Serve with shredded cheese on top, you can also add sour cream on top.
