Ingredients

1 packagesSeasoned chicken coating mix
1/4 tspSeasoning salt
4 eachRusset potatoes
1/2 stickMelted butter

Steps

Wash potatoes and cut into 1/2" slices. Do not pare.

Dip slices into melted butter and then coat well into coating mix with seasoning salt.

Place on well greased baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes at 350°F.
