Ingredients

  • 1 packagesSeasoned chicken coating mix
  • 1/4 tspSeasoning salt
  • 4 eachRusset potatoes
  • 1/2 stickMelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash potatoes and cut into 1/2" slices. Do not pare.

  2. 2

    Dip slices into melted butter and then coat well into coating mix with seasoning salt.

  3. 3

    Place on well greased baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes at 350°F.
