  2. 1 3/4 cuplentils soaked
  3. 1beef stock
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1celery
  6. 1onion, chopped
  7. 1garlic
  8. 1red wine
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1worcestershire sauce
  11. 1v8 juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown geound beef

  2. 2

    Remove and drain 75% of fat

  3. 3

    Sweat onion garlic carrot celery

  4. 4

    Add browned ground beef. mix

  5. 5

    Add stock v8 juice and wine

  6. 6

    Add lentils bay leaves and s&p

  7. 7

    Skim fat
