1onion, chopped
1garlic
1red wine
1bay leaf
1worcestershire sauce
1v8 juice

Brown geound beef

Remove and drain 75% of fat

Sweat onion garlic carrot celery

Add browned ground beef. mix

Add stock v8 juice and wine

Add lentils bay leaves and s&p

Skim fat
