  • 2 lbpork roast; bone-in or boneless
  • 1 tbspcelery salt
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 2 tspdried minced onion
  • 2 tsponion powder
  • 1 1/2 tspground white pepper
  • 2/3 cupbuffalo sauce
  • 1vegetable oil; as needed

    Coat pork loin with enough oil to cover. Season with dried spices.

  2. 2

    Roast at 300° for approximately 60 minutes or until thermometer reaches desired doneness. Pour buffalo sauce over pork loin during last 5 minutes of cooking.
