Ingredients

  1. 1 lbAndouille sausage
  2. 2 cupRice
  3. 3 cupChicken stock
  4. 1 canDiced tomato
  5. 1 canBlack beans
  6. 1 mediumOnion
  7. 2 cloveGarlic
  8. 1/4 tspOregano
  9. 1/4 tspThyme
  10. 1 tbspCajun seasoning
  11. 2 dashHot sauce or more to taste
  12. 1Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and put it on low for 6 to 8 hours. Check and stir halfway through, rice may need more time if using brown rice. Garnish with avocado shredded cheddar cheese or any condiment you like.
