Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad dal flour
  2. 3 cuprice flour
  3. 1 packENO
  4. 1 cupbuttermilk
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspsesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix urad dal flour and rice flour together. Make sure you use fine flour. Or else just double sieve it. Make batter using butter milk and water. It should be regular dhaokla consistency. Rest it for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Just before pouring it in mold, add salt and eno. And mix it and pour it.

  3. 3

    Steam it for 10 mins. Just after opening the steamer sprinkle sesame seeds. And let ut get cool.
