Wash and soak kabuli Chana in sufficient water for 5 to 6 hours

Add some salt and pinch of haldi and pressure cook till soft or for 4 to 5 whistles

Allow it to cool

In a mixing bowl add all above mentioned ingredients. Add Boiled and cooled chana..Mix well

Garnish with coriander and serve immediately
