Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  • 200 gramsof slices chicken
  • 1/2dice onion
  • 2thai red chilies slices
  • 1/4 sliceof each green and yellow sweet peppers
  • 2stripes cuts green onion, optional
  • 2 tbspspoon of chillies paste in oil
  • 2 tbspspoon of oil
  • 1 tspspoon of fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tspspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 tbspspoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tspspoon of chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cupof chicken stock

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In the heating pan add oil fry in chopped garlic till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add chicken stir fry till cook

  3. 3

    Add dice onion, sweet peppers keep frying then add chicken stock

  4. 4

    Add fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and stirring for 3 minutes
