Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsof slices chicken
  2. 1/2dice onion
  3. 2thai red chilies slices
  4. 1/4 sliceof each green and yellow sweet peppers
  5. 2stripes cuts green onion, optional
  6. 2 tbspspoon of chillies paste in oil
  7. 2 tbspspoon of oil
  8. 1 tspspoon of fish sauce
  9. 1 1/2 tspspoon of sugar
  10. 1/2 tbspspoon of oyster sauce
  11. 1 tspspoon of chopped garlic
  12. 1/4 cupof chicken stock

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In the heating pan add oil fry in chopped garlic till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add chicken stir fry till cook

  3. 3

    Add dice onion, sweet peppers keep frying then add chicken stock

  4. 4

    Add fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and stirring for 3 minutes
