Cooking Instructions

In the marinate bowl beat in egg add pork, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper and milk and gives little massage on the pork cover for 30 minutes or more

Boil the noodles and drain set aside

In the heating frying pan add oil and fry in garlic till get a nice fragrance smell then add marinate pork with all the marinate sauce in the pan keep frying till pork are cooked

Add pork broth let's boil for 5 minutes

Add vegetables that been prepared into to soup

Add oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce and fermented soy beans stir well

Add the flour mixing into the soup keep stirring till get thick and cover for 5 more minutes

Pour the sauce over the noodles served hot .If you like spicy add chillies pepper into the sauce it will be yummy too
