Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsof egg noodle
  2. 200 gramsof slices pork
  3. pork marinate sauce
  4. 1 tspspoon of pepper
  5. 1/2 tspspoon of sugar
  6. 1 tspspoon of light soy sauce
  7. 2 tbspspoon of milk
  8. 1 tbspspoon of oil
  9. 1 cupof pork broth
  10. 2 tbspspoon of flour mixing with water1/4c or less just enough to make a thick sauce
  11. 1 tspspoon of sugar
  12. 1 tspspoon of fish sauce
  13. 2 tbspspoon of oyster sauce
  14. 120 gramsof Pak Choi ,wash and cut
  15. 6 sliceof baby corn
  16. 1thin slices of carrot
  17. 1/2 cupof slices colriflower
  18. 1 tbspspoon of fermented soy beans
  19. 1 tspspoon of chopped garlic

Cooking Instructions

    In the marinate bowl beat in egg add pork, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper and milk and gives little massage on the pork cover for 30 minutes or more

    Boil the noodles and drain set aside

    In the heating frying pan add oil and fry in garlic till get a nice fragrance smell then add marinate pork with all the marinate sauce in the pan keep frying till pork are cooked

    Add pork broth let's boil for 5 minutes

    Add vegetables that been prepared into to soup

  6. 6

    Add oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce and fermented soy beans stir well

  7. 7

    Add the flour mixing into the soup keep stirring till get thick and cover for 5 more minutes

    Pour the sauce over the noodles served hot .If you like spicy add chillies pepper into the sauce it will be yummy too
