On fry pan over medium heat,brown garlic ..follow with diced fish ,cook for 2 mins

Add cabbage ,seasoning ,let all cook more 5 mins ,add chopped spring onion ,heat off let it cool

Wrap fish roll,add about half tbsp of filling..roll it tiny as you can..see step how to roll from my other recipe,attached here...repeat until finish all

Springkel the rolls with black sesame before deep fry ,or fry in pan on medium heat until golden ..serve hot with thai chilli sauce
