Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice - boiled
  • 2 choppedSpring Onions
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1/2 bunchPudina (Mint)
  • 2 flakesGarlic
  • 1Green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind pudina, garlic and green chillies and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it crackles, add spring onion and fry till transparent.

  2. 2

    W. Add pundina paste and rice and mix well. Cover it for 2 - 3 minutes.
