Ingredients

  1. 100 gmchane soaked (6 to 8 hrs)
  2. 1big onion finaly chopped
  3. 1big tomato finaly chopped
  4. 1green chilly finaly chopped
  5. 1 pinchHing
  6. 1/2 tbspJeera (cumin seed)
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tbspRed chilly powder
  9. 2 pinchHaldi powder
  10. 1/2 tbspChat masala
  11. 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  12. 1Lemon juice
  13. 2 pinchSoda
  14. 3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chane mein soda or salt dalkar ubalne rakhe.

  2. 2

    6-7 whisle lagaye, or pani nikal de.

  3. 3

    Ab kadhai mein oil garam karein, hing jeera dale, onion dale jab bhun jaye tb tomato green chilly dale.

  4. 4

    2-3 min mein soft ho jaye tb sare masale dale, channe dale or salt or chat masala dale.

  5. 5

    Lemon juice b daal de.

  6. 6

    5 min tak acchi tarah pakaye.

  7. 7

    Ready hai apke fried channe.

  8. 8

    It's very healthy.
