Coarse grind cooked Chole without adding any water

Add half tsp oil and saute grated Cauliflower

Add salt and jeera to it and saute for 5 minutes. Let it cool.

Now in a big plate mix Chole and sauted Cauliflower. Add all masala mentioned above. Add chopped Coriander leaves. Add chopped mint leaves too.

Add all three flours.

Add 2 tbsp oil. Add required water and knead flour.

Heat oil in a pan. Roll a Poori and deep fry till golden brown.

Like that fry all Poories. Serve this healthy Poories in your kids party.
