Ingredients

  1. 16 ozbox of elbow macaroni
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 10 3/4 ozcan of cheddar cheese soup
  5. 3 cupmild cheddar cheese

    Preheat smoker to 200

  2. 2

    Boil macaroni for 8-12 minutes with a pinch of salt, according to the directions on the box

    Drain and rinse macaroni

  4. 4

    Return macaroni to the pan and add in milk and cheddar cheese soup, mix thoroughly

  5. 5

    Place mixture in a disposable aluminum baking pan

  6. 6

    Cover with mild cheddar cheese

  7. 7

    Add wood chips to the smoker and place mac and cheese in

  8. 8

    Allow mac and cheese to smoke for 1 hr
