Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsalmon filets
  2. 1/4 cupplain greek yogurt
  3. 1 tbspdried parsley
  4. 3 tbspgrated asiago cheese
  5. 1/2 tbspchopped garlic
  6. 1 tbspchopped shallots
  7. 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix yogurt, cheese, shallots, parsley and garlic together. Spread on top of salmon.

    Bake until fish flakes about 15 minutes.
