Ingredients

  • 1 lbsalmon filets
  • 1/4 cupplain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbspdried parsley
  • 3 tbspgrated asiago cheese
  • 1/2 tbspchopped garlic
  • 1 tbspchopped shallots
  • 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix yogurt, cheese, shallots, parsley and garlic together. Spread on top of salmon.

  4. 4

    Bake until fish flakes about 15 minutes.
