1 1/2 lbCooked shredded Beef roast
1 cupcarrots/diced
1 cupcelery/diced
1 largeonion/diced
6 largemushrooms/sliced
2bell pepper/diced
4jalapeno peppers/diced
1 cupcorn
1 cupgreen beans
5 largeclove garlic/sliced thin
1mashed potatos/mixed with french onion dip
8 ozFrench onion dip
1Roll out pie crust
1 1/2 cupBeef broth
1 1/2 cupCheese of your choice

Use pre cooked beef roast

Cook all vegetables in beef stock until tender

Place cooked vegetables and shredded beef in pie crust

Top with cheese

Mix mash potatoes and French onion dip

Pipe mashed potatoes on the top to your desired design

Bake at 375 for 1 hour
